rev:text	Okay. I've now been to the Grill two times. When you first walk in, it screams "franchise". That should be somewhat of a warning for you. It's a 'bare bones" kinda place and that should be your second "clue". Wish I had gone there when it first opened a couple of months ago. Perhaps I would have a different view of the level of cleanliness. I suspect that it was sparkling when it first opened. It don't sparkle now, friends. The waitstaff is friendly enough and explain the concept for the first-timers. On both occasions I found the staff to be attentive so that's a plus for them. There's an area of seating that quite frankly you are sitting "cheek-to-cheek" with your fellow diners, if you know what I mean. The tables are VERY close to each other. I would avoid that area at all costs. The first time I ate there, I did notice a couple of calamari in my meal that I didn't put there. That should have been an indication to me to watch the grill the next time while they cooked my food. Also I was not happy with the white fish "swimming" in what I hope was water. Passed by that one. I'm a Vegetarian so the raw chicken, turkey, beef, etc was quite unappealing. Overall I have been happy with the meals that I selected...simply because I was able to select my own veggies, sauces, spices, etc...and I like that. I would be happier if the buffet area was kept cleaner, with the spillage cleaned up regularly. The noise level (music) is near ear-splitting, so going to eat AND try to read is not possible. I'm sure I'll go again, but I'll have my meal "to go" and I'll stand by while they cook my order - making sure that; the grill is cleaned before they cook it - or I'm outta there!
