  • Two maids were sent to my house. One did a great job. The other was standing around. When they left I looked around and there were several things that were totally missed. Not little things, my bedroom wasn't vacuumed, the kitchen garden window sill wasn't wiped off, there were toaster crumbs on the counter and the small appliances (3) were not wiped off, etc. These are things I would expect, and have gotten from other companies. I called the company and the maids were sent back. Again, the one maid tried really hard to make it right and the other stood around. I asked if he was new and he said no, just missed some things. When it was all said and done there were still things that were missed and one of my table decorations was broken. My house wasn't "dirty" which is sometimes a problem because it doesn't "look" noticeable different when they leave. And some maids think I won't notice. I do! I paid for a "deep" cleaning. I got a once over. And no one called to see if I was happy after the maids came back, no email, no survey, nothing. Not impressed.
