  • Never rent equipment from them. We rented snowshoe from them this winter and used for only 30 minutes. When we returned they said one of the shoes had a crack and forced us to pay almost the full amount. Quite ridiculous. Either the shoe was already cracked when we picked it or was so close to its end that 30 minutes of use cracked it. So asking your customers to pay for the full price makes an awesome business case since you always get replacement cost and can keep earning while renting. We are never going back.
