rev:text	It saddens me that I now have to find another groomer. I don't know what happened to the services here but I asked for the same person who groomed them before and was given someone else. I brought my 2 dogs here and was told that I had to pay an extra $20.00 each because they were matted. It was just a way to get extra money from me because they were not matted and just needed basic grooming because one of my dogs was just there a few weeks before. When I picked them up it looked as if they weren't even bathed. Their white fur was not bright at all. What's more, you had the nerve to ask about a tip!!! Your tip was that extra $40.00 you tricked me out of!!!! Hope it was well spent. Here's another tip for you....Stop being greedy and value your customers. Never again! I'll take my business elsewhere. I also notice that whenever someone has an issue the owner and/or manager never takes responsibility for what occurs but rather likes to clap back at the customer. Not good business. Buyer beware! And yes I have paid for dematting before but this time they were NOT matted. Since there was knowledge that I paid extra for dematting in the past, you're not going to just look at them each time and say they're matted just to warrant an extra charge. NOT! They're NOT matted now and I'm going to go have them groomed but I'm sure had I brought them there I would have been charged extra. I'm good. Thanks. And yes I know what a gratuity is. I just refused to pay one because of this extra charge.
