  • I recently had surgery and was unable to wash my own hair. We stopped at a Supercuts daily depending on what area we were in to get it shampooed. The salon was bright and clean, the staff was friendly and polite. I was a bit nervous, there were only 3 stylist and my quoted wait time was drastically longer than stated. I was concerned that whatever stylist I got would rush and I was already in significant pain from my recovery. I was taken care of by Sarah and I was blown away by the full attention and customer service I received while with her. The salon was full and I was extremely nervous that she wouldn't do a thorough job, but she did and made sure I was comfortable in the process. Sarah was accommodating, patient, professional and compassionate. She took the time to make sure that I was okay and never once made me feel like she was in a hurry to get to the next person.
