  • Worst Starbucks ever! Absolutely zero organization and customer service. Small shop with three Barristas, All more interested in their hair and nails then in serving customers. Hopelessly managed! When is Starbucks going to wake up to the satellite operations being totally inadequate for their brand. Pick up your coffee somewhere else at CLE.
