  • This place does not deserve a star at all, waste of time and money! I scheduled an appointment as a first time client for the Dermaplane Special. I was told by staff the day before my appointment, that I would receive a "Signature Facial and a Dermaplane" for the length of 1 hour. However, during my facial, I was told by the esthetician that I was receiving an "express facial" and a dermaplane. And that the Dermaplane Special is only an express facial and not a signature facial. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm, but I wasn't seen until 2:20 pm. After being told the facial was going to be an hour long, I expected the facial to be an hour but that wasn't the case. The esthetician spent about 15 minutes going over the consultation and only 30 minutes for the dermaplane and facial. I decided to follow up with a complaint and the manager (Michele) finally contacted me towards the end of the day. I addressed my concerns about being mislead and the miscommunication on her and her staff's end. I had higher expectations for this salon and the manager was not helpful at all! The manager said she would inform her staff about this issue, but that was it. She knows she made a mistake on her end and had no better way to address it. She had the audacity to tell me that she informed me about the type of facial I would receive, but never did she inform me about this prior to my appointment. Otherwise, I never would've traveled 25 miles and put my time and money into this horrible establishment.
