  • The good: tile and grout is clean. They showed up on time. The bad: Got one price on the phone, and another (higher) when they showed up. I completely explained on the phone that this was a 2-story job. Got a phone quote. When they show up they tell me there's a $20 upcharge to get up the stairs. I had no choice because tenants were moving in soon. I paid the upcharge, decided never to employ them again, and to write a YELP review. (Cleaning was performed in May 2016)
