  • I have been a customer of the Phoenix Moon Valley for many years now. Last year I purchased a new home with six quite overgrown Mexican Fan Palm trees. This year I was ready to get them trimmed up and looking good again. I contacted Moon Valley and Larry Hyland came to my house on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and I was given a very reasonable estimate, so I scheduled the trimming with Larry right then for the following Friday morning. Friday arrives and driver Josh Taber and his crew arrived right on time to the job. They were only able to get one of the trees trimmed before a big storm started rolling into the area. I received a call from Larry saying that for safety reasons they would have to stop work due to the lightning that came with the storm and asked if they could finish the trimming on Saturday, the next day, which was perfectly fine. The next morning Josh and crew again arrived right on time and finished the trimming on the remaining five trees in just a few hours. They did a really great job and they look so much better than they did before the trimming. I'll be sure to have them come out again next year to keep them trimmed up and looking good.
