Horrible communication or more accurately, no communication whatsoever!
From their website on how to contact them:
"FASTEST - Click on the bottom right corner from any page on our website (www.cgvegas.com) to reach a live Chat Representative.
SECOND BEST - Email our office at help@cgvegas.com.
THIRD BEST - Call our office phone at (702) 895-7777. Keep in mind, if we are helping other clients or residents there may be a delay in returning your call. This is why we suggest email or chat as better alternatives for a quick response."
1. The Chat application doesn't work, no one answers it. It prompts you to email them.
2. Emails to help don't get answered.
3. The office number doesn't give you an option to actually talk to anyone and suggest using the chat feature.
I have dogs, in their FAQs it suggest contacting them to make sure the property will accept dogs before submitting an application. I tried to do so and actually text the broker with no response. I didn't want to lose out on the home so I applied without getting an answer
I submitted an application for a rental on Monday morning. My agent tried to confirm they got it. They told her they never received it Monday even though I had a reference number and a charge was made on my credit card. On Tuesday someone emails my agent stating they have it, but there was an application that came in on Monday before mine yet they neglect to tell my agent that on Monday. I'm charged the fee of $75 regardless.
It's been a week, no response either way on whether I have the house or was denied for any reason (highly unlikely), but it's showing they have an accepted application on it. So if they accepted the 1st application, why did they take my $75 application fee? Something fishy is going on here.
Even when I went to view the home, the previous tenant was STILL MOVING OUT. He was mad that this company would show the home being available when he's still living in it and the lease isn't up. He stated that 5 people came by the day before. He warned me of how unprofessional this property management company was and how poorly they handle issues. Also stated it's impossible to get a hold of anyone and that you have to leave a message on their website if there is an emergency. He said he had to fix a lot of little issues on the home himself because the maintenance man is overwhelmed repairing other rentals.
Not at all a tenant friendly company and extremely unprofessional. My agent told me that they've been extremely difficult to work with in the past too. Thanks for delaying my move by a week by not getting back to me Cunningham Group!
