  • To get a 5 star review from me, you need to have A. quality products B. top notch service C. something that is special. Spirit house hits that. I am a huge fan of drinks, and respect the process in creating fantastic cocktails. Hense I love Bar Chef. Spirit house is very similar in creating amazing drinks, less molecular, and gastronomic though. Ok now the review: The staff are friendly and very helpful to start. Even had a great conversation on bourbons with one of the bar tenders as this is one of the few places in North America that does have Pappy van Winkle. Always a bonus to have an intelligent discussion over whiskeys of all sorts, and tequila's. My personal favourite drink is the maple pecan old fashion. And a cool way of the presentation. Other than that I had a few types, ranging from boozy whiskey based, to light refreshing elder flower and gin types. And pretty much enjoyed all. Maybe one or two , that wasn't my favourite, but thats not fault on them..it was preference.. I can't review the food as I was here for the drinks.
