  • Figured I'd leave a nice review since I've been waiting here for 2 hours :) Came in at 1 to get my MacBook looked at, I checked in and they said return within an hour but could be sooner so wait for the text just in case... No text, so I return within an hour, I check back in and sit down and continue to wait at the Genius Bar, now I get another text at 2:30... "Sorry we had to move your spot, you'll get a new message to return between 2:50 and 3:10" WTF, so I go to the guy and say am I not checked in or what?! He proceeds to tell me it's taken care of now and to sit at the Genius Bar and someone will assist me. Hey now it's 3:15... I'm writing this review and no one has STILL helped me. I'm at a mall! I could spend those two hours shopping or walking around!! Don't make me sit at the Genius Bar for over an hour and a half and REPEATEDLY telling me "someone will be right with you" Obviously not! They have no respect for your time or customer service what so ever. I wonder how many paying customers walk out of here angry and EMPTY HANDED.
