| - I am not sure if I should give a zero star or a five star, but I experienced both in the same evening!
Zero star - My husband and I previously had an "out of this world: massage with Lucky and Yaya. As Vegas was on our agenda for November, I was so looking forward to this massage again. However, Yaya couldn't make it, and while my husband got Lucky, I got Tammy. From the beginning Tammy seemed grumpy and disinterested in massaging. She was extremely rough, felt like brute force and kept digging her thumb and elbows into me. As the massage progressed, every time she touched me I cringed. I tried to voice my concerns during the massage however things got worse. I have had monthly massages since the past 20 years, and never ever had such a rough, bruising experience. She didn't work on my knots, or relieve me of any pain at all, instead I was hugely bruised. I imagine her demeanor was probably not intentional. My conclusion is that more than anything, massage is just not her calling. Perhaps she should be a wrestler!
Five stars - One thing I will say, is that the owner (Su??, she is the lady with glasses) is a fabulous person. She offered to correct the situation and she and Lucky worked on me together for the next 20 minutes to give me some relief and satisfaction. They were also very apologetic, and did not charge me for my massage. I wish to thank them for their lovely customer service.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience, as this was one of the things I was truly looking forward to in Vegas. However, I am sure we will go back to the spa again. My husband loved his massage with Lucky, She is fabulous, and really knows how to massage and stretch. I do hope that they are not going to keep Tammy, as she really does not have healing hands, and is not a positive member of this wonderful team.
