  • THERE IS A PERSON (can't even call her a lady) I believe her name is Pam whom is the most rudest person I have ever come across!!! She is condescending,belittling to customers. It's disgusting to listen and watch her. I entered the store for a car wash between 12-12:30 Thursday Jan 11 2018, (they have the best car wash by the way, and I love the store and all it's other employees, just wanted to say that!!!) Anyway, I walked in the store and Pam was behind the counter explaining to an Asian Lady where something was, obviously English was not the young ladies first language, anyway Pam's eyes were rolling and getting aggravated with explaining where something was for the young lady. Anyway I waited until she was free to help me, I asked for" the car wash please" NOT once did Pam say "THANK YOU or PLEASE" I expressed to Pam that "she was very rude and shouldn't treat people so disrespectful after all you don't know what is going on in their lives, she continued to be then condescending, YOU HONESTLY can't make this up, but it all happened she still was very rude, I did mention to her have a great day and remember KARMA!!!!! Be nice to others or give the job to someone else who is more deserving of it, because she clearly felt to good to have that job.!!!!!! Very sad. I hope the owners read this. I didn't even want to give her 1 Star.
