  • I love acai bowls so I try to go to all the acai bowl spots in Vegas. The bowl was great but like many of the reviews state, the service! I just felt unwelcomed, not very friendly staff, and goofing off like many previous reviews state. I don't know, it's not like they were rude but they just don't seem pleasant. No one greets you when you walk in or even says goodbye. The vibe just seemed off. Working in customer service made me realize how much interacting with customers does make a difference with the overall experience. The bowl was delicious but the customer service made me knock a star off. Will come back if I'm ever on the Summerlin side craving an acai or to try one of the pitaya bowls!
