  • Flat Price (Jim) came to the rescue. On our recent move to the east coast, we had originally scheduled arrangements to have another company transport our vehicle across country 2 months in advance. As I soon found out, like many other transport companies, they became unresponsive as we got closer to the arranged date. They then proceeded to say that the pick up date would have to be moved back a week, which would not work for us. They didn't answer our calls/messages until we threatened to cancel to reservation. Luckily, we found Flat Price and Jim was exceptional. He went out of his way to arrange for a pick up and did his best to assure the safe transport of our vehicle. At a time when I lost all faith in this industry, Jim came through. The vehicle was transported on time (if not early) and we were exceptionally pleased with the customer service. Although it cost me a bit more, I was pleased to pay the extra price for the accommodations made. Beware of pretty much all vehicle transport companies... I understand that the business is unpredictable, but the least you can do is answer the phone, return messages, and provide decent customer service. Thank you Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping.
