  • I am doing some bathroom upgrades and I have seen many commercials for Re-Bath. When I called I was scheduled an appt. I was called the day of my appt a couple of times to change my appt time, first later then called back to come earlier....anyways Kara showed up as their sales person. She was very nice...seemed a little new. We went thru the motions of picking out a few things etc. Then turned her laptop around to show me the total cost $27,500. More if credit card, less if cash! I told her I would think about it. I later sent her an email that I would it itemized. She sent an email of everything they would do but no itemized break down. I decided it sounded shady. After a week I recieved a call from a staff member and asked it I had made a decision. I stated it had been over a week and I would like it itemized. She stated they don't itemize. I stated I don't do business like that so I was not interested. It if doesn't feel right...it's probably not right....I say find a good contractor!!!!!! Kara kept stating it's guaranteed for life...I'm wondering if they will even be in business!
