  • I ordered a twelve piece in the Drive-Thru and it took me twenty seven minutes to bring me burnt chicken a cup full of ice and a salad that was inedible for $34 this is the worst El Pollo Loco on Earth they're opening a new chicken place just down the road I hope it is better because I won't be back to this one...I want my money back
