  • Moving is stressful. They made my move a f*****ng nightmare from CA to CO I don't know where to begin, except that if I would've known the original company who I hired would've hired this company, I would've looked somewhere else based on this companies reviews. I'm not sure where to begin, but here I go: Pickup: 3 knuckle heads who hung out in our place, rode our skateboard around the street, upcharged us an extra $1000 then what was quoted. It was then transported and took 5 days to get picked up to get delivered to our place. These guys lied to us, said it was in transit, when it was not. No one told me it was delayed. The drop off: Nearly half of our stuff was broken. Some boxes looked like accordians. Writing "FRAGILE, DON'T BREAK, GLASS" means absolutely NOTHING. Our Harley motorcycle was damaged, glass, furniture, bicycle, nearly everything. These are the worst business owners I have ever experienced. The worst customer service (Cassie was a very condescending "customer service" rep who had nothing but a rude tude). The drivers came in a semi-truck (no one explained a semi would be coming), who probably learned how to drive the day before. We had our entire neighborhood helping this guy park. They got the job done and took our stuff in, but cannot express how much this company really was a pain in the butt. Will be complaining to BBB and the NCCDB.
