  • Booked reserved a pet friendly room, but when I arrived to check in it was a non pet room reserved...they were able to give me a pet friendly room, but one of the front desk personnel seemed hesitant. No Wi-Fi? I call BS (the last room I stayed in had internet) and the A/C didn't work, I called it in and the lady asks how long am I staying for...does it even matter? I paid for the damn room and all I want is to be comfortable while staying here. She said you don't need the A/C at night...awesome customer service.
