  • I went to this place on a Groupon last week and the massage was good. Daniel listened to me and took care of my needs. But when it came to the facial....blech! I had to listen to Whitney "snuff" the entire time and she yawned several times as well. I wondered if I was keeping her up. I read a review from last July and that reviewer said the same thing about Whitney but she thought maybe she had a cold. I doubt she has had a six-month cold. Must be a condition with her. The facial was supposed to be 50 minutes and to make it last that long she left me laying on the table for extended periods wondering if she was coming back into the room to finish! In her defense...she disclosed to me that she was pregnant so I guess I could understand the yawning. But again, if she did that in July, she wasn't pregnant then! She was not dressed very professionally either. She had a long-sleeved gray sweatshirt on and the arms were so long they extended past the ends of her fingers. It was torn and looked very worn as well. Not a very professional look in such a beautiful place. I had seriously thought about purchasing a plan until I read these reviews. 11/2015 - I think the fact that it took Jim L. THREE YEARS to respond to my review speaks volumes about his business and his business practices. The other thing I noticed is that he responded to multiple reviews within just a couple of days. Obviously, I am a real person with a real review.
