I bought a Groupon that said I had to give 72 hour notice to order cupcakes. I had issues when trying to order them through the website as instructed on the Groupon. So 5 days (or 120 hours) early I called to place an order for my daughter's graduation and got voicemail so I left a message. I never received a call back. This was a Saturday, they are closed Sunday and Monday. So yesterday, I called back. Still no call back. Today is graduation day, and no cupcakes. I will be disputing Groupon with Groupon. And I will tell everyone I know how awful there service is
