Our stay there was mediocre. We got the room on expedia but couldn't find anything for less than $75 a night. It was only a hop, skip and a jump from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was nice.
The valet parking guy on the first night was the highlight of the stay, he was really nice and suggested a resturant for us to eat at. The lady behind the desk so did not want to be there. She gave my husband attitude and was very nasty to me when I asked if there was a pool. There isn't by the way.
The rooms were very small and I'm not sure how clean it was. The sleep number bed did work but we had to move furnature around to get the playpen and jollyjumper to fit. I'm a little annoyed to read someone else's review and find out they had a fridge, because we didn't.
The breakfast buffet was $12 a person and was meh. My husband did get it to go and brought it back up to the room so it was more like $6 bucks a person for us. it's a good way to beat the system. :)
I don't think I would stay there again. There are lots of hotels in the area, I would think the competition would push them to provide better customer service.
