  • I stayed one night here in 2013 when it was Blair Suites. I liked it fine, except it took about 2 months to receive my $20 cash deposit refund by mail. (They sent me a check.) But i liked the room, like a small one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living room, so i came back for 2 nights. On my receipt. It showed $146.26 charged to my Visa, but when i checked my card balance, they had actually charged my card $283.20. When i asked the front desk about the charges, clerk said, "it's an accounting matter." I have to wait til tomorrow because they're gone. Well, i definitely didnt want to stsy a second night, but apparently I'm fucked because it's not 72 hours notice. I did not see that clause anywhere. Im upset about this because i did not read YELP REVIEWS before i booked here. No one told me. Live and learn. I might add that the Front Desk Staff is friendly and efficient, however, they are clueless about the billing. Or at least they pretend to be that dimb.
