  • Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was called back before I could even finish my paperwork. Tech was friendly and I was in and out. -1 star for the office staff. I don't mind being patient for new/untrained staff but they were very disorganized and I was told I could leave and then they called me as I was pulling out of the parking garage asking to take payment over the phone.
