  • 25th Street Automotive is exactly what you want in an auto repair shop. I had a major issue with my car (fully broken A/C), so I took it in to 25th Street Automotive not knowing how much of an expense and headache the repair would be. Unfortunately it was a major issue, but fortunately 25th Street Automotive was incredibly informative, understanding, and helpful. They laid out my options as to what I could do with the car, did not push me at all to a specific course of repair, gave me time to think through my decision, and were happy to get started right away once I chose my option. They were able to replace the entire A/C system within the work week I dropped it off (right before the 4th of July holiday, no less) and even did it cheaper than the original quoted price. Even though this was a major, costly repair, I actually left feeling incredibly happy and satisfied knowing my vehicle was good as new and that I had found my go-to mechanic here in Phoenix. Long story short, 25th Street Automotive is where you want to go for your next auto repair.
