  • I have never gone out of my way to review a company but this has got to be one of the most horrendous nail salons I have ever been to (and I have been doing my nails for over five years now). This salon over charges you and does not even do a great job. I'm not that picky and can normally live with the nails for two weeks if it's done horribly but this place is something else. They charge you for everything even if it's their own fault which includes fixing the nail, fixing the nail polish and if you ask them to fix something they give you attitude and start talking about you in their own language. When you ask what you're paying for you find all these little hidden fees and you don't even pay for what you get so make sure you check their price list before paying. The first time I went to this nail salon I paid $100 for a regular pedi and UV gel set. I didn't mind and just let it go because at the end of the day this is a service (as opposed to paying a set price for a product)and I just didn't want to make a big deal out of it even thought $100 for those two services is ridiculous. I went back today to get a refill because I would be charged to fix the broken nail I had someplace else. While shaving off the gel, she not only cut my skin and didn't care but she gave me attitude for pulling back my hand. She then told me I would have to pay to get a nail fixed (it broke this morning) and I asked her why when she said she would do it free of charge the first time I went to her. In the end she ended up charging me the price of bio instead of UV ($5 difference). I asked her why she did bio when I asked for UV and she proceeded to sigh and say "it's only a five dollar difference *pause* fine I'll give you five dollars back". She did not even do bio gel for me as I know the difference between bio and uv AND because she went through the exact same process as last time when I asked for a full set of UV gel. I let her keep the money because I did not want to stay in that nail salon for another minute and considered it charity money since I do not see this nail salon staying in business any longer. If you decide to go to this nail salon, make sure to check the price and ask along the way before she comes up with a whole list of extra charges. This place seems to squeeze whatever extra cost they can in and to be honest I would not even mind if they do a good job but truth is, they don't do a good job at all.
