Disclaimer: This review is mainly on the awful service received from their artist Petor and not the business as a whole. The manager also never came out to help when we wanted to escalate a complaint to them.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend since he doesn't have a yelp account. I was there with him when he was planning on getting his tattoo that he ended up not getting after receiving some of the worst and least professional service I've ever witnessed in Toronto.
My friend was supposed to get his first tattoo ever, a small arrow facing forward on his left wrist. He already spoke with the artist (Petor). As soon as we walked in, my friend explained to Petor that it's his first tattoo and that he apologizes in advance if he's too picky or nervous.
After Petor put the stencils on his wrist, my friend explained to him that it's a little crooked and asked for it to be redone. The second try also ended up a little crooked so he apologized and asked for another stencil after explaining exactly where he wants the arrows to be facing. This whole time I could see Petor rolling his eyes at him. Petor started getting a little impatient, making facial gestures like "Seriously? You want me to make a stencil again?" So, my friend was like "Sorry this is my first tattoo and I just want it to be perfect". Petor rudely responded to him "I can see that!"
In my opinion a tattoo artist should be more accommodating, after all this is something that's permanent and it's understandable that people might be a little picky when it comes down to it. Petor was very rude and unhelpful. And the energy and vibe in that cubicle was just awful!
We asked to speak to the manager but they never came out or did anything to help.
My friend ended up not getting his tattoo and even lost his 80$ deposit!
Never recommending this place to anyone.
