| - Absolutely worst dealership ever, worst service , despicable.
First of all I realize that dealerships are supposed to be full of sleazy people but ignoring customers is completely unacceptable. I went here in dire need of a new vehicle and made some employees' days by purchasing (after being reassured that my warranty papers would be sent to me and covered yada yada yada. He laid it out for me promising A LOT but without being able to provide a printed copy. I was told by the finance guy Pedro that the printer wasn't working (wow I'm a fool) and the papers would have to be sent to me. Two months later, nothing in the mail, no emails, nada. So I call and I'm told, after speaking to the same lying rep, that the papers would be sent and I would be phoned back. Days pass and nothing. Then I ask to speak to the finance department and lo and behold the guy -different one- tells me he'll call me back after he looks into it. Weeks later, still nothing, so I call to ask to speak to the manager. Well, it looks like bad service is trained into the employees because the dishonesty continued. He told me it would be sorted out and I would be called back. No dice. I called again today and was told my information actually couldn't be found! Big surprise, the computer system wouldn't pull up the information he needed. He said he would have to give me a "call back" again! The dreaded "call back" routine - same old deceptive standby. Now I'm gong to go in there and raise a giant fuss over one little thing they couldn't accomplish. I have NEVER in my life ever been told the same lie so many times. These people are worse than relationships. They have the same old excuses and apologies and then nothing gets done and they can just pretend you don't exist. I get it, I bought the car already, they don't care. But never has a dealership I've dealt with been so blatantly rude and ignorant. I have had better service at 24 hour Dennys! That's when I went at 1:00 in the morning! And trust me those waiters do not wanna be there.
These people make decent money off of us, the least they could do is send me the paper or tell me if they screwed up (most likely). I have no idea what's going on: "computers down, printers out, can't find you in the system".
Really! Either the technology here sucks or these people are apparently retarded! Absolutely horrendous. GO TO THE VOLKSWAGON ON BELL RD. That one is SO much better! The staff actually cares and I wish to god I had bought my Volkswagon automobile there and not at Larry Miller. Anyway, NOT THIS ONE ! Despicable. A completely hassle and trust me, if you go here, you will regret it if you ever need to do anything besides just get the car. I'm certain I will never experience service this appalling anywhere else. Restaurants, dealerships, theaters, bars, you name it; at least they acknowledge the customers and 'try' to do something. All those places I've been and this is the worst! Seriously, I wasn't asking for a freaking miracle.... or apparently I was, if they can't even handle this.
