  • The young lady that did my nails was super nice, sweet, and had amazing customer service skills!! I picked a neon pink gel color which started to chip within two days. I went back on Tuesday to get it fixed and the owner assisted me. She was on a personal phone call and refused to put her call on hold to help me. She kept her phone to her ear while talking to me, horrible customer service! For that reason I'll NEVER return. She battled with me the whole time about why the gel is starting to come up WITHIN TWO DAYS. Today it's been one week and my nails look terrible. You would have thought the gel was done two weeks ago. Terrible experience at this salon, I don't recommend this place at all. I'll stick to what I know from now on.
