  • Okay, so as a first time mommy I totally understand my doctor needing to go into an emergency delivery, that is out of everyone's control. However, their front desk at desert jewel really needs to communicate with their patients better. Today, I had my ultrasound and was scheduled to see my doctor after. The ultrasound technician had to tell me that my doctor wasn't there. No one notified me upon check in or even with a phone call. Plain and simple patients need to be notified especially at 8 months pregnant. It's just unacceptable. Desert Jewel please please fix this.
