Had an incredible dinner here on Friday. Great attention to detail and a wonderful server. The beet ravioli were to die for -- raw beets, sliced thin with an almond-lemon mixture inside, drizzled with the freshest basil pesto made an incredibly savory treat. We also split the veggie "fries" (mostly dehydrated root vegetables) with an amazing homemade ketchup that was sweetened by dates (amazing). As an entree, I had the raw zucchini spiraled into a fettuccine tossed in a tomato basil sauce with some nut garnish. Also amazing. Definitely worth a visit. BYOB and a great value overall.
