When they say park at your own risk, they mean lots of risk. My first week parking there I had another monthly parker badly ding my passenger door. I called CMPD who said without video and if no body was injured they would not even fill out a report. So I asked Preferred Parking if they would consider installing video surveillance. They politely said they would not. 5 months later I parked against a curb and when I came back it looked like a zero-turn mower raked his plastic gas tank four feet down the side of my vehicle. When I called PP they said call CMPD and ask them to fill out a report so I could turn it in to my insurance. They reminded me that I park at my own risk and they are not liable. They politely declined to even consider installing cameras. By not even allowing people like me to file a report (so they could potentially track incidents in their lots) they have no idea how bad it is. Thanks Preferred Parking for turning a blind eye and creating a haven for crime.
