  • Called them to get an estimate on storm damage to my house. On the first attempt, they did a no-show. On the second attempt which was a reschedule, they were 2 hours late. They did the estimate and told me they would email out my estimate. 4 days later, still no estimate. I called them back twice to find out where it was, and they told me they've been too busy and that I should get somebody else to do the estimate. So, I ended up wasting over a week for something they had no intention on doing. Just bad form & manners.
