  • Ughhhhh I wanted to like this place because I've heard good things but why are the parents not controlling themselves (yes, themselves) or their children? I took my one year old here for the first time and I walk into the under 3 area where a woman was on the phone swearing and threatening the other party. "F-this, F-you, F-that," all while there are other parents and children around. Another child proceeds to deliberately jump on top of my child because she is smaller than her, parent is oblivious, ANOTHER child tries to kick my child in the face as she is climbing up the tower in the under 3 section, the mother does nothing as I tell her child twice "honey watch your foot, watch out for the baby." And looks at me defiantly and tries to kick her. Not going back here, wish I could get my wasted money back. I'll stick with Kinderland, cleaner, too.
