  • If you have a KTM that needs service, don't waste your time here. After listening to a tech just tell the service desk that he was finished and had nothing to do, I was told that they could NOT do the 25 minute recall check/service of a circlip for my rear sprocket bearing, and that I would have to schedule an appt for the following week, all because I didn't buy the bike there!! And the whole reason I didn't buy the bike there was because of their sales manager, mike, in the first place! He likes to berate people for quoting other dealers pricing and accuse competitors of lying about the out the door prices after he wouldn't budge a dime on his asking price. I got my bike for $2k cheaper in AZ at River Rat Motorsports, and can honestly say their customer service and techs were, and still are, worth the 2 hour trip!!! Shop and get service ANYWHERE but here, especially for KTM owners. Will never step foot inside this establishment again.
