  • Went there today with finance papers in hand from RoadLoans. Once the finace guy was given my packet he took it upon himself to ding my credit with there finance companies. Thats shady in itself and I walked away around 7pm without a car. Will not ever do business with your company agin in the future nor any dealer associated with Mark Kia. I was approved and should have been sold a car which I was not. Your company is shady and I should have looked at the reviews of your company prior to having a friend drive me there.
