  • If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. The last owner used to do my bi weekly wax appts and has since disappeared. I went there to get just a regular lip wax, because i was still growing out my last eyebrow wax catastrophe, and the tech immediately started with my brows. WITHOUT ASKING. She had already removed one eyebrow and I had no choice but to sit through the process of the other one. I was so upset that I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager is never there and comes in "once and a while" so there was no one to talk to about my concern. All I wanted to say was that their techs need to ask what services are being done before they perform ANYTHING. I paid for both services even though i asked for only one. But I will never be going back to this establishment in the future.
