  • Our first time here; and I WILL BE BACK! Did the self serv wash. PROS: 1) dog is calmer since a stranger isn't bathing her. 2) I'm not killing my back washing her; tubs are at waist level 3) THEY do all the cleanup afterwards - laundry, etc. 4) I left a $5 tip because I don't have to deal with #3 and 5) I still only spent $27, inc. tip, vs. $52 at Petsmart!! 6) I save a trip of dropping dog off & returning to pick up. CONS: none
