  • I had the most positive experience when I went into this establishment on 3/18/2013. My husband and I were planning a road trip to Las Vegas and my car needed the tires rotated and a tire repaired. When I walked into the store Ben assisted me throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient and very diplomatic. The tire was not repairable. He gave me the news and said the other 3 tires were worn as well, were okay to drive, but we would have to replace them soon. Upon delivering the news Ben knew I wasn't happy they couldn't repair the tire and knew I was not going to buy 4 new tires. Instead I bought 1 new tire to match the one he gave me as the replacement tire, with authorization from Mike for a fraction of the cost! Thank you guys so much for being so fair. I got the 2 front tires rotated and 2 new rear tires, and a brake system inspection at a reasonable price! I will continue to bring my business to Pep Boys on Peoria Avenue, in Peoria, AZ. My car drove beautifully over the new bridge to Las Vegas, NV! Thanks again Ben and Mike!
