  • First Dr Chaney is an amazing doctor However... See below to understand my 3 star My first appointment I made was deleted by the system due to a computer system error. When I called back in to confirm my appointment as I didn't receive the call from their confirmation system I was told about the system error. They offered to rebook me for a week later. The office staff are borderline incompetent, I called a couple times in August to make an appointment, Each time I received voicemail, which I leave a message and wait for a return call. After 2 business days of not receiving a return call I called back in and was greeted by the friendly answering machine and I repeated the process. It seems that their messages just go unreturned. The scheduling is difficult, however she is a highly skilled doctor.
