| - One of our fave spots to get our local taste on! Born and raised in Hawaii and now living here in Las Vegas im so glad Island Flavor has a way of satisfying our needs.
Located in the SW area of Las Vegas on Durango.
One tip if you are going for dinner be sure to get there early. The seating is very limited inside and gets packed real quick especially with the large ohanas coming to eat, we tend to take up a few tables. Lol!
The menu is exactly like back home, traditional white rice and mac salad with every entree plate. Us Hawaiians Love our rice! Got some local classics to choose from...Saimin, Chicken Katsu, Oxtail Soup, Hamburger Steak and cannot forget Hawaiian plate!!!! Every Aloha Friday stop by to get your hawaiian plate fix. Laulau, lomi salmon, haupia....mmmmmm so ono! The laulau is by far the best ive had since moving here. Plenty meat and real good size for what you pay. No manini action over here ( manini=small, tiny)
If you ever wanting that local taste or missing home stop by here. All the workers are from Hawaii and full of the Aloha spirit thats what keeps us coming back. Prices are reasonable, big portions and Ono, Ono, Ono! They have a marketplace next door if you wanna snag some goodies to take home. Poi!!! Pocho Sausage!!! Hawaiian Sun!!! Cuttlefish!!! Soda cracker!!!!
