I would give them NO stars if that was an option.
Horrendous dealership. Management stresses giving their dealership 5 stars on their customer service surveys that are emailed from BMW headquarters because it means a bonus for the dealership, when it is obvious they are more concerned about their ranking then they are about their level, or lack there of, customer service. In particular, Jason Brewis never takes a call or returns calls left in his voice mailbox, or texts sent to his cell. Is this the level of customer service that they are striving for at this dealership? And if so, Audis are looking better and better. Next communications goes to BMW headquarters in New Jersey to express level of frustration. I am sure they will be very interested in how their customers are being treated at this Las Vegas dealership. D-
