Oh my very first visit I was pretty much treated like an idiot. My invoices weren't done I didn't understand why I was paying so much money and later I found out I paid $50 for a $12 prescription. The next visit I had a different veterinarian and she was much better and had a lot of knowledge about my breed I was much happier with her. But the service upfront is absolutely awful. They told me I was late to my appointment I ended up having to wait an hour when that wasn't the case at all I was there on time but there was nobody at the desk. I've seen two different women at the desk and they both have been completely unprofessional as well as a very unprofessional appearance. I had my puppy on the puppy plan with them so I took him in to get neutered. I had just dropped him off and got a call many hours later at about the time that my dog should have been done and recovered from the surgery telling me they weren't going to do the surgery because a dog the night before didn't do well and they almost lost him so they think there's something wrong with the anesthesia machine. First of all they could have told me that when I got there and so that my poor dog wasn't sitting in a cage for hours! I was so upset and then I didn't know what to think how can I trust them what do I do. I sat and talked with the veterinarian that was going to do the surgery and he told me that they jump from store to store and from different vet offices and it's all the same people that you work with this place is as safe as any. I ended up having the work done there cuz of course I was paying for it and he did make me feel better. But that was the absolute last straw for me I already had too many problems this place and experiences that I just didn't agree with or made me uncomfortable. I ended up finding a much better place shortly after.
