  • They need a horrible button on yelp! This number was given to me by my doctor for a service. I needed Psych services to help with some medication adjustments that was beyond what my doctor wanted to get into. They sent someone to my home for 1st visit. She asked if I ever thought of being put in a hospital for 3 days to be observed. This was before spending a second with me by the way. I let her know I am not crazy, but I am going through a hard time in my life. I already have a therapist I see weekly. I agreed on out patient visit with a Psychiatrist. She said someone would get in contact. I never heard anything after a week. I called daily after that and it was a joke. No one knew anything. They finally told me I have an appointment already scheduled. I did not even know. They never scheduled that with me. They didn't ask if that was a OK time. I went thinking I was going to a Psychiatrist and when I showed they had me see a Psychologist. I let them know I did not request a Psychologist. I let everyone I know spoke to that I was looking for a Psychiatrist. The manager came in and let me know I was suffering from anexity. No crap!! Because I am pissed and frustrated after 2 weeks of working with they scheduled me with a Psychologist. In addition, I let them know I even told the girl who came to my house that I needed a Psychiatrist. They told me that they did not have anyone come to my house. I gave them her name. Then ensured me that no one with that name works there. I asked me over and over if I was sure someone came. If they had a badge like they had. I am sure someone came to my house. They started talking to me like I was crazy and making up stuff. After about 10 min they came in and let me know they did have someone who came to my house. They forgot they had someone by that name. I asked what kind of place is this? They started asking me questions. I let her know I have a therapist and I am looking for a Psychiatrist. She said they do not have Psychiatrist.. The manager and Psychologist corner me in this room. I decided to answer their questions. The Psychologist did not even listen to my answers. I let her know she is not even listening to me. I felt like I was buying a car after a little bit. I told them I was not interested in their services and they kept trying to get me to sign some paperwork after I told them no. She said it is my decision who I use. I said all you want is my money. I told her I already have a therapist and thought I was getting a Psychiatrist. I let them know I am a well educated person and they were not going to pull a fast one on me. I grabbed my things and walked out. They followed me to the door. I got out of there. I felt like they were trying to make me crazy or make me think I was crazy. I was crying all the way home and should really report this incident. This place is horrible and I hope no one else goes through what I did.
