rev:text	You know ... My rating is more like 2.5-ish. I chose these guys because of their high yelp rating. Clearly I wasn't part of the cool kids club offering up 5 stars. My former movers had to move my scheduled move so I was in a bind and Chris was available to help me. The estimate provided (while on the pricier side) was straight forward after reading the fine print. Everything seemed fine ... dispatcher called and said they would be there between 1 and 2. I told him I had originally planned it for 9-10 start time with Chris he told me that time was book ed and this is what they could offer. No big deal ... I understand this is on the fly and I appreciated them being able to schedule me at all. Now come the day of ... One of their movers calls me (he was professional) and says his morning move was canceled and he was heading over -- its just after 9am. I tell him that I had not planned on them being there until 1 at the earliest and I made a morning meeting but could be there closer to 11. He told me to just call the office then because he can't wait that long. So ... I call the office and tell them that won't work because I won't be there til closer to 11 as I wasn't expecting them til 1 as dispatched. The guy on the phone had the nerve to tell me that's the dispatcher gives tentative times as he can't please everyone's schedule. So I tell him well earliest I can do is 11. He says fine we'll send a different crew at noon. Sweet deal I will be there. Noon ... NO movers. 12:30 I call and the guy from earlier tells me he will find out where crew #?? is and call me right back. 12:50 - Me calling again and I get Chris (I think sweet - This guy will care he's my sales guy) well let me tell you ... Sale stopped after I have my credit card number. He basically is like well you couldn't accommodate the schedule given so today so you have to wait. I tried to explain what happen (from the morning) and he cut me off telling me "They're on their way." Then this booger ... HUNG UP ON ME!! Anyhow, 3 (Shawn, Liddel and Ricky) movers come and they are hustling - So all the timing issues are out the window because I am so impressed with these guys. But then progress starts slowing down as they approach the hour mark. Now I can only see two (Liddel and Ricky) movers hauling ass ... But the 3rd guy is missing. Now I can hear the quiet rumble (outdoors) of movers holding each other accountable for hauling ass and getting this done. All the stuff is packed and we are on our way to the new house. We supposedly left the same time - Now I understand their truck might be slower than my Honda - but come on ... almost an hour drive time?! That you pay for double?! It took me 20 minutes?! So I get past that because I just want this to be over with. Now the guys are tired - I see it on their faces. I hear them talking about how many hours a day they work. I feel bad so I tell them no worries just toss it here and there. Dude ... the hustle was real. Straight up they were moving at double time speed. Well 2/3 of them are. Legit - Liddel and Ricky are hauling butt yet being so careful. The other guy is keeping a steady pace. I assume he is the supervisor or something he had that air about him - Plus he had the official clipboard. So, the last is finished. Time to pay up. I offer my cc, sign away the contract times. Gripe about the double drive time. Offer the guys beverages and thank them for their services. Liddel and Ricky are thanking me for choosing Move 4 Less; making sure I don't need help with anything additional as they finished closing the truck up. They wish me well and are on their way. Short story long would I recommend Move 4 Less or use them again ... I don't know. I certainly wouldn't work with Chris as my sales guy. I would definitely request Liddel and Ricky as my movers. I would maybe try to negotiate the price a little bit more.
