  • I am providing this review for their Death Valley tour. Our tour was FANTASTIC ! ! ! Our tour guide, Mike, was phenomenal and really went out of the way to make our trip memorable. He picked us up at our resort in the big pink jeep (really a converted Ram heavy-duty truck) early in the morning and provided us little pink bags containing a breakfast treat and a beverage to start out our journey. After picking up everyone, we headed out to the valley, with Mike providing narration about some of the areas that we were passing by. Once we got to the entrance to Death Valley, Mike stopped the pink jeep and provided us with a photo opportunity and even offered to take pictures of us at the sign. During the tour, we got to visit some really great sites: Harmony Borax Works; Devel's Golf Course; Badwater Basin; Artist's Drive, and; Dante's View. At the sites, Mike accompanied us around and pointed out excellent facts and things that you would not notice on your own. We also got a chance to see other unnamed sites along the way, as time allowed. Lunch was provided, which was basically a box lunch containing a sandwich, chips and a few other extra goodies, which was very filling and much appreciated. To end our trip, Mike dropped us off at all of hotels/resorts, even navigating the heavy New Year's Eve traffic to get us all back safely. I have a slideshow of pictures posted on YouTube of our journey, which can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsMxXiLmAIw
