  • This is a difficult review to write. Every single massage therapist I've experienced at Sacred Hour has been exceptional, and I've been a client for 7-8 years. They know what they are doing here - they give a great massage and they are good people. No problems there. My problem is with the owner. God forbid anyone has an issue with anything at Sacred Hour and tries to talk to Tabitha about it. She will turn it all around on you and make you feel like you are about 2 inches tall for bringing it to her attention. Some of the phrases she used with me were, and I quote: "What do you want me to do about it?" "Don't tell me how to run my business." "I don't have time for this." This was all while trying to convince me she cares about her clients. Give me a break. I did not ask Tabitha for a refund, but one was given to me anyway. All I wanted, was a genuine attitude of concern, from an owner of a business, that has made multiple mistakes with my appointments, and I didn't get it at Sacred Hour. Instead, I felt as if I was the one inconveniencing HER. Seems a little backwards to me. Hey Tabitha - Ever heard of constructive criticism? Maybe try thanking your clients for helping to make your place of business better. Not everyone that complains is out to get something free - maybe they just want their next experience to be the way the want it. After all, you wouldn't be in business without your clients. (FYI - the mistakes were made at the front desk, not by the therapists.) Stephanie, My boyfriend and I will miss you and your wonderful massages :( You have always been fantastic. Ultimately, we choose to support an owner that is a little more considerate to its clients than yours is.
