  • Too often you hear stories about mechanics with questionable integrity . I have been unfortunate enough to have had expensive and time consuming unethical experiences. This all changed the day I took my car to First Class Automotive . I work next door to them and had been hearing amazing things about this owner and his kick ass staff. I recently purchased a used vehicle with a salvaged title . I admit I normally would have had a mechanic give me a thumbs up when making a purchase , but in this case I did not . Knowing the car had an impact and sustained damage I was EXTREMELY nervous of what lie underneath the car . Ray and Tom took care of me , they put it up on both shops lifts and fixed the ( minor ) problems that it did have .When Ray brought me my keys he absolutely would not take any kind of payment or compensation. He smiled , he assured me he was HAPPY to do it for me .... I filled his little Yetti with ice and soda and off he went .I was actually emotional after he left , my customers saw me choked up and quite honestly It took me a moment to get my composure . Point being , some people in this world are HONEST , HUMBLE and Do great work in the industry they serve . First class Automotive is just what they claim , first class all the way . 5 Star superstar status
