I've had serious sciatic pain for years and have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, weight training and yoga, but nothing has helped very much. I am completely new to pilates, but after three one-on-one sessions the back pain is already significantly reduced and I feel like my hips, hamstrings and calves are finally loosening up after years of being tight and painful. The workouts are pretty intense, but I could not be happier with the results so far and I'm looking forward to switching to the regular group classes. Melissa and her staff are top notch - friendly, warm, professional and very knowledgeable. The equipment is perfect and the environment clean and inviting. This studio is a such a great place.
